St. Louis’ Original Junk Hauler

Skip’s is proud to be one of the first Junk Hauling businesses in St Louis and one of the few Family Owned and Operated. Give us a call and experience the difference.

Word of mouth! My daughter told me about Skip. This is the second job and the largest. Two story house and basement, multiple appliances and a two car garage full of junk. Very nice crew. Skip is reasonably priced and response is quick. They also tore out over two floors of carpet as an add on. We highly recommend Skip and Cindy.

Exceptionally pleased with this company! They are true to their advertising, and more importantly; true to their word. Awesome communication (they texted me back instantly, on a Saturday), service (crew was clean, neat, professional and prompt), and the price was better than fair compared to the national franchise we've all heard of. Don't waste your time calling anyone else, call Skip's Hauling Services!

Prompt (early!), polite, quick, and reasonable. They had the hot tub gone in about 30 minutes

We had a large disassembled refrigerator for bulk disposal. Trash Warriors never showed up despite touching base for 2 successive days. Waste Management said they would pick up no problem. Despite calling every day for 4 days they never showed up. We called Skip and 3 polite men showed up in 2 hours and it is gone. Thank you Skip.

Skip's hauling is fantastic. They accommodated my time limits and came at a time and date that was convenient for me. They did a terrific job of carrying everything from the second floor down to the 1st and then out of the house. They were very professional, courteous, cautious, and their experience showed. They were great. A+++ Service If I ever needed a hauling company again, the only one I'd call is Skip's. They are honest, trustworthy, and I feel they were very reasonably priced. Thank you guys for terrific job well done!

Had a wonderful experience with Skip's Junk Hauling. We had a boat sitting in our garage for 20 years and needed it gone. It was old, surrounded by piles of junk, and the boat trailer tires were flat. Skip and Lilly showed up, helped move the junk, pulled the boat out of the garage and hauled it away. They were quick, efficient, and extremely friendly. I had gotten haul away bids from bigger companies but Skip did it at a fraction of the price. I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled after my experience with Skip and Lilly. Everything was easy and quick. I will definitely be calling them again when its time to clear out the mountains of junk from the garage!

Skips hauling helped us move and get rid of items that we didn’t need. All of the movers were extremely polite and hardworking. Our move was complicated by surprise repairs to my new house. Skips hauling was so flexible with times and workers needed. They are still assisting us to get settled. We are not spring chickens so we need help with moving things around the house. Starting with Cindy the administrative helper to Skip himself showing up to supervise, the experience of moving was so much better thanks to this company. FIVE STARS!!!

Skip and his two assistants arrived on the dot. They took five minutes to dismantle the fridge and five minutes to cart it to their truck out front. Very professional and quick. Well done!

Bob did a great job — both in communication and in the actual move of the furniture. His rate was the best available and he helped me move one of my pieces from my car as well. I highly recommend he and his staff.

I hired Skip and his crew to demolish and cleanup an old barn from the late 1800s on our family farm. Skip and his crew were professional and did an amazing job. Fair pricing, great communication, and top notch work. I highly recommend Skip.

We had squirrel damage in our home that destroyed some furniture. It’s an emotional thing to have happen. But Skip’s not only was kind and cheerful, they were there within two hours to take away what we asked plus a little more. All done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a local and ideally, family owned business, when I decided to downsize and remove furniture and items I no longer use from my home. I have family members in other cities who own small businesses and I appreciate the challenges involved when competing with bigger, national companies. Scheduling with Skip's Hauling is quick and easy - I just texted pictures of what I wanted removed and Cindy responded quickly with a very competitive quote and a time that worked with my schedule. I scheduled three separate pick ups and each time the team arrived as scheduled. Skip, Cindy, Ian and Lily were efficient and professional and had things loaded up before I knew it. I have recommended Skip's Hauling to other friends and family and wanted to leave this review for others to consider. You won't be disappointed!

16:56 25 Feb 26

highly recommend this company for furniture removal. communication was easy, scheduling was a breeze, and Ian and crew were very professional and quick picking up and removing my pieces of furniture. support local!
